Job summary

Young Life Incorporated in Colorado is seeking an Associate Regional Director to lead region ministry with vision and joy. You will cultivate healthy leaders, teams, and culture, building relationships, fostering fun, and modeling integrity.

You will represent the regional office, uphold policies, develop staff, recruit and place workers, manage fundraising, and ensure ministry actions align with the organization’s faith-based mission. A college degree and proven leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of Core Training — Phase One.
• Must be able to supervise at a distance.
• Proven spiritual leader with ministry experience.
• Proven leadership in developing diverse staff and ministries.
• Proven relational skills with kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Potential to function as a regional director.

Responsibilities

• Represent the regional office and uphold Young Life policies.
• Develop leaders, recruit staff, and cast regional vision.
• Lead fundraising and resource development strategies.
• Oversee ministry areas including clubs, camps and campaigns.
• Maintain ministry contacts and ensure programs meet regional goals.
