Job summary

Companion Health Services seeks an experienced Regional Administrator to lead and support multiple senior living communities in Oklahoma. The role partners with facility leaders and company executives to ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement.

You will mentor Administrators, oversee surveys, and implement corrective actions. Regular travel between communities is required to maintain high standards of care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to Administrators and staff.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Conduct facility reviews, audits, and surveys.
• Assist with corrective action and performance improvement initiatives.
• Support during state and federal surveys and inspections.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate requirements.
• Address resident complaints and drive resolutions.
• Monitor quality indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver education on compliance, risk management, and survey readiness.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and development of Administrators.
