Job summary

PS Salon & Spa in Napa, CA is seeking a Regional Leader to oversee multi-unit salon and spa operations in the Northern California market. This full-time role emphasizes culture, PS Values, talent retention, and delivering exceptional resident and community experiences.

You will lead staffing growth, client counts, revenue, and business development through leadership, coaching, and strong operational execution. Travel weekly and collaborate with store leadership to scale performance.

Qualifications

Proven ability to manage operations of multiple salons.
Lead with culture and PS Values (People, Empathy, Respect).
Strong leadership and coaching experience (3–5 years).
Multi-unit and retail-salon management experience (3–5 years).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities
