Job summary

ERock is seeking a Regional Lead Technician to oversee field technicians across multiple U.S. locations, based in the North Houston region. This role entails ensuring readiness, safety, and operational excellence while serving as a primary client liaison.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate safety/training, and manage schedules, inventories, and regional audits to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Technical background in generator systems with electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience scheduling to meet operational demands.
• On-call availability during high-demand periods.
• Proactive problem solving and practical solutions.
• Detail-oriented with thorough attention to resources.
• Proficient with computers and automated systems.
• Flexible with rotating on-call schedules, including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand, climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 24/7 on-call coverage and emergency response in your region.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients and regional KPIs.
• Manage inventory counts for storage units and trucks.
• Schedule adjustments to meet operational priorities.
• Perform safety audits and ensure standards are followed.
• Coordinate training for technicians in safety and maintenance.
• Mentor team members and provide first-line support.
• Conduct regional audits for technical proficiency and assets.
