You will oversee protection and control engineering deliverables, guide reliability-focused design, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and drive client service and project performance across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 15 years of related electrical power experience preferred.
• Domestic travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of high-voltage substation protection and control projects.
• Serve as technical authority for protective relaying, control systems, SCADA, and automation.
• Develop and review protection/circuit engineering deliverables and documentation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers and designers for technical excellence.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationship management.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and staffing to ensure successful delivery.
