Job summary

The Children's Home of Wyoming Conference is seeking a County Lead to supervise Community Based Providers across their region and ensure program guidelines are followed and services are documented in the electronic health record.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of related experience with children and youth facing mental health concerns, addiction, or foster care, plus a valid driver's license; you will hire and mentor staff and help grow the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 2 years of related experience with children and youth with mental health concerns, addiction, or in foster care settings is required.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Manage referrals from a variety of resources.
• Maintain collaboration with clients, families, staff, programs, and community contacts.
• Provide regular supervision to staff.
• Facilitate staff meetings.
• Correspond with leadership with the program and agency.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the treatment team.
• Hiring and management of staff.
• Actively work to maintain program growth and sustainability.
