The role includes clinical supervision, crisis support, and trauma-informed, family-centered care across home, school, and community settings.

Ideal candidates hold LICSW/LMHC/LMFT licensure with 5+ years post-licensure and demonstrate strong leadership,

Qualifications

• LICSW/LMHC/LMFT with 5+ years post-licensure required.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families required.
• Supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; collaboration essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to children's behavioral health staff.
• Offer consultation on assessment, treatment planning, risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety planning.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure timely, high-quality services.
• Facilitate team meetings, case consultations, and coordination of care.
• Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Support staff development, training, performance, and adherence to standards.
• Assist with program development, quality improvement, and coordination across CCBHC services.
• Provide direct clinical services as needed.
