Job summary

Denali Water Solutions LLC is seeking a Regional Class A CDL Truck Driver - Lead Support Driver in the Cleveland area. The role involves extensive over-the-road travel, primarily across the Great Lakes region, to haul food waste and organic materials for major retail clients under contract with Denali.

The position is salaried, with travel and per diem arrangements. A strong emphasis on safety, DOT compliance, and professional representation at customer sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Ability to travel extensively and stay away from home as needed.
• Experience with general equipment maintenance and identifying mechanical concerns.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and weekly hours.
• Commitment to safe vehicle operation and DOT/compliance requirements.
• Preference for 2+ years driving and end-dump trailer experience.
• Experience hauling food waste, agricultural products, or similar loads (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A trucks with end-dump trailers.
• Haul food waste and organic materials for retail clients.
• Provide route coverage when others are unavailable.
• Travel across the Great Lakes region and beyond as needed.
• Perform pre-trip, daily vehicle inspections and maintain logs.
• Document trips and inspections accurately and on time.
• Ensure loads are secured and comply with DOT/safety rules.
• Report mechanical concerns promptly and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and customers.
• Represent Denali professionally at sites and facilities.
