Education Service Center, Region 2 in Texas seeks a regional leader to provide accountability, assessment, and data analysis support to its client districts. The role focuses on staff development and data-driven improvement.

You will design and deliver training, collaborate with TEA and local partners, build capacity, and ensure timely delivery of products and services that boost student achievement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
• Experience facilitating groups.
• Knowledge of State and Federal Accountability (RDA).
• Adult learning and staff development for adults.
• Proficiency with standard office software and email.

Responsabilités

• Develop data visualizations and reporting mechanisms using a database such as DMAC, Eduphoria, etc.
• Stays current with state and federal requirements related to accountability and school improvement.
• Maintain effective communication with TEA and local partners.
• Provide professional development, coaching, technical assistance, and resources to districts in Region 2.
• Develop content-rich learning opportunities through webinars, blended learning, and face-to-face formats.
