Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Regional Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical services across Central California. The role focuses on assessments, therapy sessions, and case management to support clients and families.

In this position, you will develop individualized treatment plans and work with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining thorough records to support program quality and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a clinical social work setting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to clients, including assessments, individual and group therapy sessions, and case management.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
• Conduct many other duties, including mental health evaluations, crisis intervention, and referrals to community resources.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client services and treatment plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of program policies and procedures.
