Job summary

• Master's degree in social work required.

• One year of clinical mental health experience required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess histories, conditions, and needs.
• Interview clients' families and doctors.
• Create a treatment strategy using various methods such as behavior therapy or psychotherapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with doctors, other health care providers, and support groups.
• Monitor clients' responses to treatments.
• Perform administrative and record-keeping duties.
• Counsel individuals and families experiencing difficult situations (illness, divorce, unemployment, substance abuse).
