Job summary

Great Beginnings Therapy Solutions LLC is seeking a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time Telehealth Specialist role, delivering remote mental health services to underserved communities in California. The LCSW will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized care plans and provide crisis intervention as needed.

The position requires an MSW or related degree and CA LCSW licensure, with a preference for at least two years of relevant clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master of Social Work (MSW) or related field.
• Current California LCSW license required.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience with severe mental health issues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual clinical assessments via telehealth for clients with major mental illnesses.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Use evidence-based practices to develop and monitor comprehensive care plans.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and arrange immediate resources when necessary.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions remotely.
• Maintain compliant documentation and reporting of treatment plans and outcomes.
• Support safety and risk management in a virtual care environment.
