Job summary

TRUMPF North America is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. You will drive lead generation, qualify opportunities, and close sales of laser sources, optics, systems and marking lasers.

Travel up to 50% and maintain strong customer partnerships in a dynamic, technical market. You will require an associate degree with strong communication skills, plus laser technology knowledge and proven B2B technology sales experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling technology-driven capital equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good connections to main target industries required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Represent TRUMPF Laser Division to customers in Northern California, Oregon and Washington.
• Achieve regional sales and revenue targets for lasers and laser-based systems.
• Prospect, qualify leads, and manage customer relationships from inquiry to order.
• Coordinate with partners and integrators; develop strategic customer partnerships.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular activity reports to management.
