Job summary

Schill Landscape Collective, expanding in the Eastern Pennsylvania region, seeks a Regional Operations Manager to drive regional performance and safety while delivering an extraordinary client experience.

You will lead regional teams, recruit and develop branch managers, partner with HR, manage budgeting and CapEx, negotiate major vendor contracts, and align with sales to grow key client relationships with our core values at heart.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent, plus 5+ years in management.
• At least 5 years of landscape & snow branch/regional management experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Overnight travel may be required with notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable teams within the region with strong leadership.
• Recruit and develop branch managers; oversee other regional roles.
• Partner with HR to meet staffing goals and develop leaders.
• Foster safety culture; ensure policy compliance and safety standards.
• Oversee budgeting, CapEx planning, and asset reporting for the region.
• Negotiate major vendor relationships to secure best pricing and service.
• Support sales to meet annual goals and grow client relations.
• Drive operational excellence and standardization across regions.
• Champion growth and integration of new locations and acquisitions.
