Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years of landscape experience including 3 years as a supervisor/manager is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record to meet fleet insurance standards.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish preferred.
• Must pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Knowledge of local turf types, shrubs, groundcover, and seasonal color materials; maintenance characteristics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily productivity of crews in the field to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Train and enforce safety procedures and company policies.
• Review and improve production plans and job scopes prior to field execution.
• Coordinate with mechanics for preventative maintenance and inventory control.
• Act as liaison between field operations and administrative, customer service, and general management functions.
• Ensure each crew has a plan including scope, sequence of tasks, staffing, equipment, and hours.
