Qualifications

• 8 years of landscape experience including 3 years as a supervisor/manager.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish is preferred.
• Must pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new software.

Responsibilities

• Train and enforce all safety procedures and policies.
• Ensure work quality satisfies customers and aligns with the company’s standards.
• Oversee the company’s Production System and field operations.
• Manage training and certification activities for crews.
• Develop and adjust crew schedules, job plans, and equipment allocation.
• Act as liaison between field operations, administrative, customer service and management functions.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
