Qualifications

• At least 5 years in landscape/snow branch or regional management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to branches in the regional portfolio.
• Own annual budgeting and planning.
• Coordinate CapEx planning and asset disposal.
• Identify and implement value creation initiatives.
• Work with VP of Sales to meet sales and retention goals.
• Serve as a senior safety leader.
• Adopt operational best practices.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance.
