Juniper Landscaping is seeking a Regional Enhancement Sales Manager for our Landscape Maintenance Team in Winter Garden, FL. You will schedule projects, supervise crews, coordinate materials and subcontractors to deliver high‑quality landscape enhancement work for our clients.

You will contribute to budgets and profitability, train teams on safety and quality, and drive client engagement by selling enhancement services while promoting a culture of continuous improvement across branches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in landscape installation, landscape construction or landscape enhancement services.
• Sales‑driven mindset with the ability to proactively generate and pursue leads independently.
• Knowledge of plant material and horticultural best practices.
• Customer service and client-focused.
• 3+ Years of previous Landscape Design experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all landscape enhancement services and projects, coordinating materials, people, equipment and subcontractors.
• Provide day-to-day scheduling and guidance for branches’ enhancement service needs.
• Support Account Managers and Sales Managers in estimating and designing enhancement proposals.
• Understand client needs via collaboration with Account Managers and meet with clients to provide excellent service.
• Sell enhancement services and projects to clients.
• Train and develop team members and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by team members.
• Interview and hire team members.
• Perform hands-on work with crews as needed to meet scheduling demands.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment for landscape enhancement projects.
• Maintain, store, and use equipment and tools properly.
• Order materials, manage costs and coordinate deliveries.
• Update/complet e paperwork for work orders and client billing.
• Manage computer systems such as timekeeping, job databases, and service schedules.
• Understand budgets, labor, costs and gross profits on enhancement projects.
