Job summary

Juniper is seeking a Regional Enhancement Sales Manager to lead landscape enhancement projects across our Southeast region. This role oversees scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and client engagement to deliver quality outdoor improvements while maintaining safety standards.

You will manage crews, mentor teammates, and collaborate with Account Managers to design compelling proposals. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus; willingness to work outdoors and adapt to seasonal schedules

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in landscape installation or enhancement services.
• Sales-driven with ability to generate and pursue leads independently.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all landscape enhancement services and projects, coordinating materials, people, equipment and subcontractors to deliver quality work.
• Provide day-to-day scheduling guidance for branches’ enhancement service needs.
• Support Account Managers and Sales Managers in estimating and designing enhancement proposals.
• Understand client needs via collaboration with Account Managers and meet with clients to provide excellent service.
• Sell enhancement services and projects to clients.
• Train and develop team members on equipment operation, safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by team members and hire/interview staff as needed.
• Perform hands-on work with crews to meet scheduling demands and use hand and power tools.
• Order materials, manage costs and coordinate deliveries; maintain paperwork and client billing accuracy.
• Maintain computer systems for timekeeping, job databases and service schedules.

Juniper is Growing! We are seeking a Regional Enhancement Sales Manager for our Landscape Maintenance Team. This position will be responsible for scheduling projects, supervising team members, and managing the resources needed for providing landscape enhancement projects to our clients. The Enhancement Manager is responsible for adhering to established budgets, ensuring successful operations, maintaining quality control, and promoting a positive culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Managing all landscape enhancement services and projects, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment and subcontractors required to produce quality workProviding day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance for branches’ enhancement service needsSupporting the Account Managers and Sales Managers in estimating and designing enhancement proposalsUnderstanding client needs via collaboration with Account Managers, and meeting with clients directly to provide excellent customer serviceSelling enhancement services and projects to clientsTraining and developing of team members (including proper operation of equipment, planting techniques, safety guidelines, and quality standards) as well as disciplinary actionsEnsuring safety protocols are being followed by team membersInterviewing and hiring team membersPerforming hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands as neededUsing hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape enhancement projectsEnsuring equipment and tools are properly maintained, stored, and usedOrdering materials as needed, managing costs and coordinating deliveriesEnsuring paperwork and reports are accurately updated/completed for work order tickets and client billingMaintaining and managing all required computer systems, including but not limited to timekeeping, job databases, and service schedulesUnderstanding budgets, labor, costs and gross profits on enhancement projectsOther relevant job duties as needed.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in landscape installation, landscape construction or landscape enhancement servicesSales‑driven mindset with the ability to proactively generate and pursue leads independently.Knowledge of plant material and horticultural best practicesCustomer service and client-focused3+ Years of previous Landscape Design experienceProficiency with a variety of computer software applications including MS OfficeValid Driver’s License and ability to clear Motor Vehicle Record check requiredBi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plusMust be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the dayMust be able to use hand tools and power equipmentMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.We Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!
