Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems.
• 2–5 years of IT customer support experience.
• Advanced hardware/software issue resolution in an enterprise environment.
• School environment experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Certifications such as A+, Azure AI-900, SEC+, NET+, CCNA encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage service zone to complete tickets within SLA following policy.
• Monitor requests for larger-scale issues.
• Plan and support network and computing infrastructure with State IT team and outsourced partners.
• Provide daily end-user support for hardware, software, backups, and networking.
• Provide regular status updates to State IT leadership.
• Maintain disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain IT documentation and SOPs.
