GovCIO is hiring a Project Manager to support the TSA. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel, based in the United States. You will lead a large, 24x7 Service Desk, ensuring seamless IT support across Tier 0–2 for a 85K-user enterprise.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–5 years in IT project management, plus ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. Excellent leadership and stakeholder collaboration are required.

• Experience leading and managing a large, 24x7x365 Service Desk operation serving 85K users in an enterprise-wide setting.

Mansioni

• Leads and manages a large, 24x7x365 Service Desk operation, ensuring the continuous and efficient delivery of comprehensive IT support across Tier 0, Tier 1, and Tier 2.
• Oversees advanced agent support, including remote desktop, Active Directory, and mobility console support, and tests new applications and processes.
• Troubleshoots OS and COTS software issues and maintains the Service Desk Knowledge Base for optimal support.
• Implements and documents SR priority/escalation matrices in the ITSM tool.
• Oversees VIP support from inception to resolution and conducts regular audits.
