Qualifications

• 2–7 years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer or similar in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Hands-on with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere), Windows Server and major Linux distros (Red Hat, Rocky, Ubuntu).
• Experience with SAN/NAC storage solutions and Veritas NetBackup.
• Knowledge of network design and Cisco routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
• Strong incident recovery and root cause analysis with excellent communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT; master’s degree preferred; bilingual in English/Korean a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and review IT infrastructure architecture for cost-efficiency, scalability and compliance.
• Translate global standards into region-specific guidelines and support regional projects.
• Oversee incident escalations, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Coordinate and review regional infrastructure projects for on-time delivery and compliance.
• Collaborate with Hyundai AutoEver and other IT partners to optimize service delivery.
