Job summary

Five Below's Regional Planner in Philadelphia drives profitable sales growth by partnering with Planning, Merchandising, Logistics, Store Ops and the Field. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in planning or allocation, strong retail math, and excellent communication. Power BI and Oracle/JDA skills are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in Merchandise Buying, Allocation or Planning.
• Strong retail math acumen and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; Power BI a plus; Oracle/JDA experience desired.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Regional Planning Manager on projects to drive sales regionally.
• Perform regional data analysis and recommend data-driven strategies.
• Prepare and populate reports; interpret findings for action.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve store planning and inventory.
• Present insights and monitor performance to meet margins and inventory goals.
