Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Merchandise Planning professional to drive seasonal sales, inventory, and margin plans aligned with corporate targets. You will lead assortment planning, manage category OTB between $50-150M, and optimize stock levels across store groups.

The role requires advanced Excel skills and experience in retail planning. Collaboration with Buyers and senior leadership will shape pricing, promotions, and performance insights.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a retail or wholesale environment, including 2-3 as a planner.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Oracle RMS a plus.
