Responsibilities

• Oversee cycle count programs for distribution centers, service centers, and onsite facilities.
• Research, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies and control issues.
• Review daily inventory exception reports and identify root causes of inaccuracies.
• Analyze inventory trends and recommend corrective actions to improve performance.
• Review and approve new item requests and vendor order adjustments.
• Support regional inventory audits and ensure compliance with standards.
• Travel approximately 20% regionally for quarterly site visits and inventories.
• Develop, maintain, and audit inventory SOPs.
• Train regional inventory personnel on control best practices.
• Promote consistency across regional locations through standardized training.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce recurring errors.
• Plan and coordinate annual physical inventories across the region.
• Provide post-inventory analysis and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Serve as liaison between regional facilities, operations leadership, and corporate support.
• Lead inventory-related projects from planning through execution.
• Track trends, communicate findings, and propose practical solutions.
• Support initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
