Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Regional Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control operations across a designated region of warehouses. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, audit readiness, and performance while leading Inventory Control Managers and partnering with corporate teams to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in inventory control, multi-site leadership, and strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, logistics, or supply chain.
• Minimum 7–10 years of warehouse and inventory management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
• Proficiency with inventory control processes and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Inventory Control Managers across designated facilities.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies and procedures.
• Drive inventory accuracy improvement initiatives.
• Oversee cycle count and physical inventories.
• Monitor adjustments and root cause analysis.
• Conduct audits and process reviews.
• Develop and deliver training programs.
• Implement inventory best practices and SOPs.
