Job summary

Wafna seeks an Inventory Manager to lead inventory control across multiple distribution centers, optimize warehouse automation, and ensure SOX/FDA compliance in a fast-paced food distribution environment.

You will redesign processes, serve as the data architecture owner for the WMS and Oracle ERP, mentor staff, and travel 50%+ to regional centers to drive operational excellence. Collaborate with HQ, Sales, and Operations to balance stock levels with obsolete inventory reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• APICS/CSCMP certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years in inventory management in food distribution.

Responsibilities

• Strategic inventory control and regulatory compliance including SOX and FDA.
• Manage WMS and Oracle ERP data integrity across the network.
• Lead process redesign for receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Develop and mentor cross-functional teams and staff.
• Provide analytics to optimize stock levels and reduce obsolescence.
