This Inside Sales Manager opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment and is ready to lead a team of Regional Sales Representatives while helping shape account strategy, customer engagement, and sales performance across a defined district. This role reports to the Regional Inside Sales Leader and leads a team of approximately 8 sellers.
What drives success:
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role in this market is $104,800 to $137,550 annually. Under the plan, target compensation is anticipated to be 65% base salary and 35% commission. New hires are guaranteed to receive at least the target commission for six months. The competitive compensation plan also includes an uncapped bonus structure for performance exceeding 100% across three categories. The bonus amount increases as performance surpasses quota, so the potential payout is not fixed and can grow as over‑quota achievements increase. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography and market, as well as the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
