Job summary

G&E Partners is seeking an Area Manager to spearhead and execute major infrastructure projects across highway, paving, bridge, utility, and site development. You will have full autonomy over your portfolio and will report to senior leadership.

You will oversee procurement, risk, budgeting, and resource allocation while driving safety cultures and client relationships across the Mid-Atlantic region.

• Experience managing large infrastructure projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to develop and manage regional budgets and control costs.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and talent development skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management with clients, authorities, and developers.

• Own procurement, risk management, quality control, and hiring for projects.
• Plan resources and allocate budgets to maximize profitability.
