Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical background in civil engineering, construction management, maintenance management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive highway maintenance, construction, or related infrastructure experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of highway maintenance, surface transportation, and roadway specs.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, revenue analysis, and contract profitability.
• Ability to interpret technical specs, scopes of work, and contracts.
• Proven experience leading field crews, project managers, and office personnel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple projects.
• Ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Review scopes, maintenance specs, work orders, and contract requirements.
• Develop production targets and monitor accomplishments.
• Coordinate startup, mobilization, and transitions.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct field reviews and QA inspections.
