Internationalschools is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain regional infrastructure, including networks, storage, and telecommunications. The role supports standardization, cloud migrations, and security across multiple sites.

You will ensure availability and performance of critical services, participate in disaster recovery, and collaborate with vendors and regional IT teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure engineering or systems engineering roles.
• Experience supporting infrastructure across multi-site or distributed environments.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, server infrastructure, and cloud services.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and enterprise networking.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices for infrastructure systems.
• Experience supporting infrastructure deployments and upgrades.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure components including networks, storage systems, and telecommunications platforms.
• Implement infrastructure standards across regional sites in alignment with central architecture and best practices.
• Support the deployment of new infrastructure systems, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Engineer scalable and secure infrastructure solutions to support school operations and regional growth.
• Ensure availability, resilience, and performance of critical infrastructure services.
• Support disaster recovery, redundancy, backup, and failover systems across regional infrastructure.
• Collaborate with local facilities teams to ensure physical infrastructure supports IT systems.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues.
• Work with vendors to support infrastructure deployments, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in evaluating new technologies, hardware, and infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams to ensure infrastructure services meet operational needs.
• Participate in regional infrastructure projects including network deployments, site upgrades, and cloud migrations.
• Contribute to infrastructure design documentation, implementation planning, and technical validation.
• Support the rollout of new schools or site expansions by deploying standardized infrastructure solutions.
• Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Share knowledge and guidance with local IT teams to support consistent infrastructure management.
