WSP USA is seeking a seasoned, relationship‑oriented professional to support and expand our Inclusive Business Partnerships across the Mountain Pacific region. You will connect staff, clients, industry partners, and small businesses to advance partnerships that deliver measurable results.

The role blends program leadership with business development, mentorship, and compliance oversight, requiring strong collaboration with regional leadership to strengthen supplier diversity and equitable

Formación

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in AEC, transportation, public infrastructure or consulting.
• Experience managing programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience supporting business development, client engagement, community engagement, or strategic partnership initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate inclusive business partnership initiatives across the Mountain Pacific region.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with small businesses, clients, industry partners, internal stakeholders, and community organizations.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute Partnership 360 events and other engagement programs, including communications and logistics.
• Coordinate participation in client, industry, and community events focused on small business development and inclusion.
• Oversee regional mentorship program activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
• Support new capacity-building initiatives, workshops, and educational programming.
• Serve as primary contact for small businesses seeking partnership opportunities with WSP.
• Support staff in engaging qualified small business partners throughout project delivery and client engagement.
• Monitor supplier diversity requirements and ensure compliance through data and reporting.
