WSP is seeking a seasoned professional to support and expand our Inclusive Business Partnerships across the Mountain Pacific region. You will connect with small businesses, clients, and industry partners to foster meaningful partnerships and drive supplier inclusion.

The role combines events, mentorship, capacity-building, and business development support with regional leadership collaboration in a hybrid work setting. Travel ~10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience in business development, client engagement, or strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of supplier diversity and small business programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across senior leaders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead inclusive business partnership initiatives across the Mountain Pacific region.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with small businesses, clients, and industry partners.
• Plan and execute Partnership 360 events and related engagement activities.
• Coordinate participation in client and community events to maximize engagement opportunities.
• Oversee mentorship program activities and participant engagement throughout lifecycle.
• Support development of capacity-building initiatives and educational programming.
