Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Territory Manager of Hygiene Support to deliver regional training across Dallas–Fort Worth. The role requires up to 75% overnight travel and acts as a liaison to the hygiene team, supporting practices with budgeting and hygiene needs.

You will recruit and onboard hygienists, coordinate with vendors, and drive patient satisfaction and revenue through effective training and support.

Qualifications

• Active licensed dental hygienist in the state of residence.
• Ability to obtain hygiene licenses in supported states within a year.
• Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene is required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regional training to promote quality care and patient satisfaction; drive revenue.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new hygienists at Aspen Dental practices.
• Coordinate with vendor partners to arrange field meetings and boost product use.
• Coordinate hygiene budgets with practice owners and ADMI management partners.
