Qualifications

• Active licensed or registered dental hygienist in the state of residence.
• Ability to obtain licenses in supported states within a year; expenses covered.
• Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene; advanced degree preferred.
• Travel up to 75% overnight; ability to travel to offices and meetings.
• Fine motor skills to manipulate small instruments with precision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regional training to promote quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring and onboarding of new hygienists.
• Coordinate with practices and vendor partners to increase product utilization.
• Serve as liaison to territory hygiene team; respond to inquiries.
• Help prepare hygiene budgets and determine territory needs.
• Coach under-performing offices and support training initiatives.
