Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
• Effective communication skills both verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of cooling systems.
• Conduct performance checks on HVAC equipment.
• Respond to emergency service calls in a timely manner.
• Complete daily work reports accurately.
