Pearce Services, a leading provider of asset management solutions, is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians in the Phoenix, Arizona area. You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelter sites. This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $30 to $38 per hour based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience and must be EPA certified. This position requires travel and occasionally working after hours or on weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably commercial.
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC equipment on telecom shelters.
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on equipment.
• Respond to emergency service calls.
