Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This regional role requires residence within 60 miles of Dallas, Texas and willingness to travel.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and install components, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to service calls including after-hours. A valid EPA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 or Universal EPA certification.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
• Must communicate effectively, verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC systems for telecom shelters.
• Perform preventive maintenance and checks on HVAC systems.
• Respond to service calls, including after-hours and weekends.
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time.
• Safely operate a vehicle and comply with DOT/OSH standards.
• Be willing to travel regionally within 60 miles of Dallas.
