Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a regional position with travel, and candidates should reside in the San Diego, California area.

Core duties include maintaining cooling systems, troubleshooting, and timely maintenance of HVAC equipment, plus responding to service calls and completing daily reports. DNS

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration, electrical and mechanical components.
• Effective communication via verbal and email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or install HVAC components.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls, including after-hours and weekend calls.
• Complete daily work reports accurately.
• Operate a company vehicle in compliance with policies.
