Job summary

Pearce Services is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC systems on telecom shelters located on cell tower sites. Ideal candidates should reside in or near Oakland, California, and be ready for occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified.
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems.
• Conducting performance checks and maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency services.
