Qualifications

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification required.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, preferably commercial.
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Conduct performance checks on HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls, including emergencies.
• Complete daily work reports on time.
