Qualifications
Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification required.
3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, preferably commercial.
Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.
Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.
Responsibilities
Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
Conduct performance checks on HVAC equipment.
Respond to service calls, including emergencies.
Complete daily work reports on time.
