Job summary

Walmart seeks a dynamic Licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee preventive and predictive maintenance of facilities in a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of stores and distribution spaces.

The role requires strong leadership, expertise in electrical/plumbing/mechanical systems, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Significant travel and ongoing training are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of building maintenance experience.
• Electrical, plumbing or mechanical experience required.
• Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel: ~50% within the region to manage facilities needs.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and oversee inspections and permits.
