Qualifications

• General Facilities Services/Building Maintenance experience (3–5 years optimal).
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience required.
• Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel region 50%+ and maintain contractor licenses in the employment state.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as required for scope of work.
• Provide reporting and analytics on facilities performance.
• Keep contractor licenses up-to-date to stay in good standing with authorities.
• Participate in training to meet regulatory requirements and conduct site inspections.
