Job summary

Walmart is seeking an experienced Licensed Manager/HVAC in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently and safely for associates and customers.

Travel ~50% within the region is required; you will maintain contractor licenses, coordinate with store managers and vendors, and drive reporting and compliance to keep our facilities in top condition.

Qualifications

• Licensed HVAC manager with facilities maintenance leadership experience.
• Willing to travel approximately 50% within region.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses in state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50%+ within the region to service facilities.
