You will oversee HR operations for facilities in IL, IN and WI, manage talent, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, compliance and safety onsite daily. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of HR experience, and the ability to travel 30-50%.

Description:

• Will be responsible for the support of several facilities located in IL, IN and WI.

Requirements:

Salary: Up to $105K
