Job summary

Arlington Resources, a Cornerstone Staffing Solutions company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client in West Chicago, IL. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment for non-union roles, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to define strategies and improve processes.

Onsite role with a collaborative, fast-paced team. We value experience in DOL/EEO compliance, strong stakeholder management, and a commitment to an inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or HR certification.
• Minimum of two years of corporate talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all non-union positions, from requisition through onboarding.
• Build a candidate pipeline for future openings.
• Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, define hiring strategies, and address talent acquisition challenges.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote employer brand, culture, and values.
• Extend employment offers, negotiate as appropriate, and manage onboarding.
• Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations (EEO-1, DOL, etc.).

Our client located in West Chicago, IL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all non-union positions, from requisition through onboarding.
• Build a candidate pipeline for future openings
• Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, define hiring strategies, and address talent acquisition challenges.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote the organization's employer brand, culture, and values to attract top talent.
• Extend employment offers, negotiate as appropriate, and ensure a seamless, positive candidate onboarding experience.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including Affluent Action (AA), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO-1), Veterans' reporting, Department of Labor (DOL) requirements, and recruitment dashboard reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent HR certification required.
• Minimum of two years of corporate talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience.

Total Compensation:

Up to $70K DOE
