This position is a hybrid remote role open to candidates in the following cities:

  • Fort Wayne, IN
  • Pittsburgh, PA
  • Columbus, OH

This job may require occasional travel to hotels in the Midwest Region, which includes Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.

About this Role:

The Midwest Region HR Manager will collaborate with general managers at each hotel to source talent, screen applications, conduct phone screenings and interviews, and onboard and train new hires. The role also involves supporting HR initiatives such as benefits enrollment and partnering with regional leadership to provide guidance and support to employees.

About You:

You should be able to:

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment for approximately 10 hotels in the Midwest
  • Develop relationships with hotel leadership to understand staffing needs
  • Conduct onboarding and organize training initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Guide hotel leadership on interviewing best practices
  • Support employees and management with HR topics like leaves, compensation, and benefits

Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring experience, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of HR policies. Experience in hospitality is a plus but not required.
