A leading hospitality company is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions across multiple hotels in the Midwest. This hybrid role involves talent acquisition, onboarding, and supporting HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and experience in recruitment, with a focus on building relationships with hotel leadership.

This job may require occasional travel to hotels in the Midwest Region, which includes Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
The Midwest Region HR Manager will collaborate with general managers at each hotel to source talent, screen applications, conduct phone screenings and interviews, and onboard and train new hires. The role also involves supporting HR initiatives such as benefits enrollment and partnering with regional leadership to provide guidance and support to employees.
You should be able to:
Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring experience, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of HR policies. Experience in hospitality is a plus but not required.
