Candidates must currently reside in one of the following states: NY, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME.

Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with regional and district management, providing guidance, coaching, and support on talent and employee-related issues.
  2. Collaborate with HR leaders to drive key HR processes throughout the field.
  3. Maintain top-tier HR policies and procedures for effective, fair, and consistent administration.
  4. Ensure high employee engagement to reduce turnover.
  5. Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent.
  6. Work with Talent Development to identify training opportunities.
  7. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Act as a cultural role model and promote behaviors aligned with our values.
  9. Assist field management with onboarding and training of new associates.
  10. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
  11. Implement strategies to improve morale and engagement.
  12. Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations, including postings, orientation, and handbooks.
  13. Provide performance management guidance to management.
  14. Interpret and guide on Human Resources policies.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • At least 3 years in employee relations within a high-volume hourly workforce environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of compliance experience with US employment law.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Self-motivated with initiative.
  • Ability to coach managers on leadership and operational issues.
  • Collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel 50-60%.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and project management tools.
  • Ability to assess systems, structures, and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of successful management partnerships.
  • Ability to implement HR initiatives and change management.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, influence, and diplomacy.
  • Dedicated to service and quality.
