Job summary

Maker's Pride seeks a Regional HSE Manager to lead and standardize Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security programs across multiple manufacturing sites in the Grand Rapids area. You will provide strategic direction, regulatory compliance navigation, and coaching to Site HSE Managers to build a proactive safety culture.

The role requires 7–10 years of HSE experience in manufacturing, 3+ years of multi-site leadership, and 50–70% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety/occupational health/environmental science or related field.
• 7–10 years progressive HSE experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years multi-site leadership experience.
• Travel 50–70%.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional HSE leadership across multiple facilities.
• Translate corporate HSE strategy into regional objectives.
• Drive standardization of HSE programs, metrics, and reporting.
• Mentor Site HSE Managers and support regulatory inspections.
