McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist to support regional HR operations across our Northern Pacific region.

You will partner with the HR Director, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Benefits teams to deliver practical HR solutions and ensure smooth execution of processes. The role covers recruiting, onboarding, data management, leave administration, mobility, and compliance, with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and service to internal clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 1–3 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures expected.
• High attention to detail and effective time management are essential.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate regional HR processes from intake to completion with tracking and follow-up.
• Provide first-line HR support to employees, managers, and partners; escalate complex matters.
• Assist in program administration including performance reviews, wellness programs, and awards.
